CLASS CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY
To avoid being charged a class cancellation or no-show fee, you must cancel your class reservation 12 hours in advance. No exceptions.
Unlimited Members: Unlimited Members who late cancel or don’t show up will be charged $10.
4x, 8x, & 12x per month Members: A late cancel or no-show will cause these members to lose the class.
Package Clients: A late cancel or no-show will cause these clients to lose the class.
ClassPass Clients: We are unable to change class times, sign in a client who is not attending class, or allow clients to take a different class time. No exceptions.
There are no exceptions to this policy. We will not reverse a late cancel once the 12-hour window has passed. Please understand that while we know things come up - to be fair and consistent, we can not make an exception, regardless of the scenario. Again, we will not reverse a late cancel charges so please respect this policy and be aware of your class schedule to avoid the fee. Please do not email or call us requesting a refund for a late cancel or no show.
Ultimately, we hope that this policy will encourage clients to take their schedule seriously so that class spots can be utilized by those who fully intend on attending.
TIPS TO AVOID LATE FEES:
Please be sure to sign in to class when you arrive at the Studio. If you do not sign in, we have no way of knowing that you attended class and you will be automatically charged.
Check your schedule daily.
Plan ahead – schedule class ahead of time to make sure you get in the class times that fit your schedule.
We understand that happy hours happen – cancel class!
Have respect for your fellow classmates who would like to attend class!
LATE ARRIVALS / NO SHOW CLIENTS:
For the safety of our members and staff, we lock our studio doors 5 minutes after the start of class. The doors will be open for 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after class. Doors will remain locked outside of those times.
5 minutes after the start of class, you are considered a no-show, and your spot can be given to a client on the waitlist.
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY
All monthly memberships will charge the account 1-month after the contract begins. Classes can be used anytime in the 30-day period, classes cannot be rolled over to the next month. A written 30-day notice must be submitted to cancel. Email Contact@studiotorch.com to cancel.
MEMBERSHIP FREEZE POLICY
Clients can freeze their account for a maximum total of 30 days in a 12-month period. Memberships CANNOT be canceled if on a freeze. A membership freeze cannot be less than 30 days. A fee equal to the monthly contract amount will be charged if this occurs.
